Description

BTR and Wiseco collaborated to engineer this custom piston set, specifically for 4.030" bore, stock stroke 6.0 engines utilizing stock floating pin connecting rods. These pistons are engineered as flat tops with integrated valve reliefs, making them ideal for boosted engine applications. The comprehensive ring pack features a 1.0mm/1.2mm/2.8mm configuration, including XX steel nitride top rings and napier second rings, designed to optimize performance and durability in high-stress environments. Complementing the rings are upgraded Tool Steel, .200" wall S718 pins, known for their strength and reliability. Key specifications include a 4.030" bore size, a 3.622" stroke, a .943" piston pin size, and a 6.098" rod length. The piston style is flat top with a 3.2cc valve relief volume, contributing to a specific compression ratio when paired with appropriate cylinder heads and gaskets.
