Overview

The Mahle MAH-930200640 is a set of forged pistons designed for Small Block Chevy (SBC) engines. These flat-top pistons feature a 4.040-inch bore and a -5.0cc dish volume, resulting in a 11.2:1 compression ratio with 64cc heads. They are constructed from 4032 low-expansion aluminum alloy for high strength and reduced piston-to-wall clearance.

The pistons also feature anti-friction skirt coating for reduced drag and forced pin oiling for increased wrist pin lubrication. Pin bores are CNC precision-machined.

The Mahle MAH-930200640 is a complete drop-in forged piston assembly engineered for Small Block Chevy (SBC) engines. Designed with performance in mind, these pistons are forged from 4032 low-expansion aluminum alloy, which allows for tighter cylinder-to-wall clearances and improved temperature stability. The anti-friction skirt coating reduces drag, while forced pin oiling enhances wrist pin lubrication. This PowerPak piston set features a flat-top design with a -5.0cc volume, achieving an 11.2:1 compression ratio when paired with 64cc cylinder heads. The pistons have a 4.040-inch bore, a 3.750-inch crankshaft stroke, and a 6.000-inch rod length, with a compression height of 1.125 inches. The pin bores are CNC precision-machined for accuracy.
