The Diamond 11511R1 piston kit is engineered for GM Gen III/IV LS engines, featuring a 4.060" bore and 3.622" stroke. Constructed from 2618 material, these pistons are built for high-horsepower, nitrous, and forced induction applications. The flat-top design includes a 2.0cc volume and .250” top ring down dimension, with ratios figured for a .040 head gasket. Key features include 3D milling on the piston crowns for a ready-to-install finish and valve pockets specifically designed to work with most aftermarket cylinder heads. For enhanced performance and durability, these pistons come with a premium 1.2mm/1.2mm/3.0mm ring package and premium 8620 .185w wrist pins. The moly skirt coating aids in friction loss and protects against skirt wear, while offset pins contribute to quiet operation.
