Forged H-Beam Connecting Rods

The CTS Turbo connecting rods are a forged H-beam component designed to work with aftermarket pistons for VW MK5, MK6, MK7/MK7.5 and Audi B8, C7, 8P, 8J, 8V, 8S models equipped with the 2.0TSI engine. Each connecting rod is constructed from forged 4340 chromoly steel and features a robust H-beam design. The big and small end bores are honed in-house using precision equipment to ensure exacting tolerances. For quality control, all connecting rods undergo a stringent process, including critical dimension measurement on a state-of-the-art CMM, and are matched for weight within +/- 1 gram. They come equipped with genuine ARP 2000 rod bolts (3/8″) and are precision honed, measured, and balanced in Canada.
