Forged Monoblock Caliper Big Brake Kit

This sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade enhances brake performance under sustained high-heat conditions. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-grade aluminum, featuring a forged, one-piece monoblock design for exceptional strength and lightweight properties. Unlike cast or welded calipers, this construction eliminates weak spots, preventing fracturing, warpage, and failure. The aluminum pistons are protected with heavy-duty seals capable of handling racetrack temperatures, ensuring smooth operation and preventing corrosion. An opposed-piston design guarantees consistent brake pad grip and wear. The center sections, crafted from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reduce rotational mass for quicker stopping and improved brake response. The two-piece design allows the rotor's outer section to expand and contract independently, minimizing warping due to heat buildup. The rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with options for cross-drilled (recommended for daily driving) or slotted (recommended for track use) surfaces. Included are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track conditions, with reduced dust and noise. An optional upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions.
