Forged One-Piece Caliper Kit

The KSport Procomp Rear Big Brake Kit provides the ultimate in stopping power, designed as a sophisticated bolt-on upgrade to enhance brake performance under sustained high-heat conditions. This kit is made to order and is non-refundable. The calipers are crafted from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, featuring a one-piece forged construction that eliminates weak spots and ensures strength and corrosion resistance. Aluminum pistons with heavy-duty seals handle racetrack temperatures, while an opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear. Standard features include high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The two-piece rotor design offers lightweight, fade-free performance and effective grip for track use, while also providing comfortable operation for normal driving. The center sections are made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, reducing rotational mass for quicker brake response. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles as they run cooler than slotted rotors, which are recommended for track use. This kit includes replacement calipers, 356mm x 32mm rotors, SC5 Street Pads, stainless-steel braided brake lines, and CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets. Optional upgrades are available for caliper color, brake pads (to RCI Race Pads), and center bell customization. The rear 13” and 14” Procomp Brake Systems come standard with 4 Pot lightweight Aluminum Calipers.
