The Rzcrew Racing forged piston is an 85mm bore diameter piston designed for high performance applications. Engineered for extreme boost levels, heavy nitrous usage, and high compression, these pistons are constructed from 2618 aluminum alloy for enhanced tensile strength and reliability. The pistons are custom-made to your exact specifications, including bore and compression ratio, and are forged upon order.

The Rzcrew Racing forged piston is an 85mm bore diameter piston meticulously engineered for demanding high-performance applications, ranging from spirited street driving to professional competition. Constructed from 2618 aluminum alloy, these pistons offer superior tensile strength to withstand the rigors of high compression, extreme boost pressures, and heavy nitrous oxide use, ensuring unwavering reliability. Each piston is balanced to within +/- 1 gram and features dedicated forgings, accumulator grooves, dual forced pin oilers, and pick lock grooves. They are fully CNC machined and made in the USA. Pins, pin keepers, and piston rings are included as standard. Optional upgrades are available for extreme boost or high RPM scenarios, including up-rated pins and custom valve pocket designs to accommodate larger valves. Short skirt piston options are also available. For applications not listed, custom quoting is available, though design changes may incur additional costs. This piston fits the BPT engine, specified as 1800cc, DOHC, 16v, TC, I4.
