Forged Piston Kit

The CP Carillo CP1uzpk piston kit features custom forgings meticulously CNC-machined to meet ultra-tight tolerances, making them ideal for high-output and race applications where stock cast pistons would fail under stress. This kit is available for various UZ series engines, including 1UZ non-VVTi, 1UZ VVTi, 2UZ non-VVTi, 2UZ VVTi, and 3UZ, with options for custom compression ratios ranging from 8.5:1 to 12.0:1. Customers can also select bore size (Standard, +.5mm, +1.0mm) and choose optional features such as Dry Moly Skirt Coating, Crown Ceramic Coating, and Gas Porting (race only), which may incur additional costs. Please note that these are custom-made to order pistons, and typical production time is 4-8 weeks. Due to their custom nature, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned if plans change or if you change your mind. However, XAT Racing will address any issues with the order. CP Carrillo explicitly states that OEM rings will not fit these pistons; a specific CP ring set is required.
