Forged Piston Set, 2.0T EA113 FSI/TFSI

The JE Performance JE-FSI-284779 is an ultra-high performance forged piston set engineered for demanding VW/Audi 2.0T EA113 FSI/TFSI engines used in road, drag, and competition racing. Constructed from high-tensile strength 2618 T6 aluminum, these pistons are designed to withstand extreme operating environments, high compression ratios, and high boost levels. They are engineered to tolerate acceleration forces exceeding 8000 Gs while minimizing weight. The optimized dish and dome design, featuring properly placed valve reliefs, ensures excellent flame travel and reliable combustion characteristics. Each set includes four JE forged EA113 FSI pistons, four JE Pro Seal piston ring sets, four JE straight wall carbon steel wrist pins, and eight JE wrist pin wire locks. These pistons are designed with a specific 10.3:1 compression ratio for the VW/Audi 2.0T FSI (EA113) engine, balancing the risk of knocking with out-of-boost power. An optional upgrade to JE 180 Tool Steel wrist pins is available separately for extreme forced induction applications exceeding 125HP per cylinder. Important fitment note: These JE Pistons for 2.0T FSI engines are ONLY compatible with VW Audi engines featuring the 2.0L 8V EA113 (timing belt driven) engine. They are INCOMPATIBLE with 2.0T TSI EA888 Gen1/2 (timing chain driven) engines. It is crucial to verify whether your engine has a timing belt or chain before purchasing.
