Forged Piston Set, 3.780-inch Bore, 3.2cc Volume

The Wiseco AW-07333 is a custom piston set developed in collaboration with BTR for stock bore, stock stroke 5.3 LS engines, specifically for boosted applications. These forged pistons feature a flat-top design with precisely machined valve reliefs to accommodate boosted conditions. The piston bore size is 3.780 inches, with a stroke of 3.622 inches, and a piston volume of 3.2cc. They are designed with a 1.300-inch compression height, necessitating a 6.125-inch connecting rod. The ring pack utilizes a 1.0mm/1.2mm/2.8mm combination, featuring XX steel nitride for the top rings and napier for the second rings, ensuring optimal sealing and performance under high stress. The included pins are made from upgraded Tool Steel with a .200-inch wall thickness and S718 material for enhanced durability and reliability. These pistons are intended for Gen III and Gen IV LS engine types.
