The Icon IC742.030 is a premium forged piston set engineered for demanding performance applications. Crafted from a high-strength, heat-treated 2618 aluminum alloy, these pistons are built for extreme durability and horsepower handling. Each piston in the IC742.030 set features a dish-style crown with two valve reliefs, a precise 4.030-inch bore, and a 1.675-inch compression height. They are designed to work with a 3.580-inch crankshaft stroke and a 6.123-inch rod length. The piston head volume is 9.6cc, and they come with a 2-1/16 and 1-3/16 ring pack. The material is forged aluminum, and the series is Icon's Premium Forged line. These pistons are intended for use in Mopar small block engines, specifically fitting Chrysler 360 LA engines with a 4.030-inch bore. The set is sold as a complete set of 8 pistons and is designed for performance builds where reliability and strength are paramount. Piston rings are not included with this set.
