The Supertech Piston Set is a high-performance, forged piston kit for 2007-2013 Mini Cooper models. These 77.50mm bore, 9.5:1 compression ratio pistons are crafted from high-silicone 4032 alloy to provide low thermal expansion, improved wear resistance, and high thermal conductivity.

The Supertech Piston Set is a performance-oriented upgrade engineered for 2007-2013 Mini Cooper and Mini Cooper S applications. Manufactured using a multi-step forging process and state-of-the-art CNC machining, these pistons are created from high-silicone 4032 alloy, which includes additional copper, nickel, and magnesium to optimize thermal expansion and wear resistance. This alloy construction has been proven to withstand high-boost pressures, such as 42psi, in demanding conditions. Each piston features a phosphate dry lubricant coating on the skirt to protect against micro-welding and improve lubrication. The wrist pins are constructed from cold-extruded chrome moly steel, and the pin bores are honed and reamed to ensure a precise fit. Please note that this kit requires the use of GNH07750 rings for installation.
