Description

The CP-Carrillo SC7525 is a high-performance forged piston set engineered for Ford Duratec 2.0L and 2.3L engines. Constructed from 2618 alloy, these pistons offer exceptional strength and durability for demanding applications. The SC7525 features a precise 88mm bore and is available in two compression ratios: 9.0:1 and 10.3:1, allowing for tuning flexibility. Key specifications include a 1.122-inch compression height and a 0.827-inch pin diameter. The recommended piston-to-cylinder wall clearance should be obtained from the provided spec sheet. It is important to note that CP pistons require specific CP ring sets; OEM rings will not fit. Compatibility is generally for 2005 and later Duratec engines.
