The Wiseco Piston Set is engineered for Toyota 1ZZ engines, offering a robust upgrade for both street and race applications. This design minimizes piston-to-cylinder clearances, reducing piston slap and cylinder bore wear for enhanced engine longevity and performance. The pistons feature a 10:1 compression ratio, matching stock levels, making them suitable for naturally aspirated, nitrous, and low boost applications. Installation of these 79.5mm pistons (0.5mm overbore) requires the engine block to be bored and honed, though sleeves are not necessary. Wiseco pistons are known for their durability and precision, making them a reliable choice for demanding engine builds.
