The Wossner K9093D250 piston set is engineered for performance enthusiasts, utilizing a 4032 Alloy (T6) construction for durability and heat resistance. This specific alloy allows for tighter piston-to-bore clearances, contributing to improved engine efficiency and performance. Each piston in the K9093D250 set features a unique Moly coating on the skirts. The kit is supplied with all necessary rings, pins, and clips for a complete installation. Key specifications for this piston set include a bore size of 83.50 mm, a stroke of 90.22 mm, and a displacement of 2788 cc. The compression ratio is 8.0:1, a reduction from the OE compression ratio of 10.0:1, which is often desirable for forced induction applications or when using higher octane fuels. This set is intended for use in Volkswagen Golf and Corrado VR6 12V engines.
