Overview

The Manley 401050SERA is a fully forged short block rotating assembly kit designed for Ford 5.0L and 5.2L Coyote engines. This DIY kit includes a Ford Performance forged crankshaft, Manley 4340 forged H-beam connecting rods with ARP bolts, Manley forged pistons with chromoly steel pins, Total Seal AP steel piston rings, and Clevite rod and main bearings. It is rated for up to 1000 RWHP and comes with a 1-year warranty.

The Manley 401050SERA rotating assembly kit provides a robust, fully forged foundation for building a high-performance short block for Ford 5.0L and 5.2L Coyote engines. This kit includes all necessary components except the engine block, utilizing the same premium parts found in the MMR Street Mod 1000 short blocks. The assembly features a Ford Performance Forged Crankshaft, rated to handle over 1500HP, ensuring exceptional durability under extreme conditions. Complementing the crankshaft are Manley 4340 Forged H-beam Connecting Rods, equipped with ARP bolts for superior tensile strength and reliability. For optimal sealing and performance in high-cylinder pressure environments, the assembly incorporates Total Seal AP Steel Piston Rings. High-RPM reliability and enhanced oil film protection are provided by a complete set of Clevite RACE Rod and Main Bearings. This rotating assembly is certified for over 1000 Rear Wheel Horsepower (RWHP), making it ideal for demanding street, track day, and drag racing applications. This rotating assembly is designed for a universal fit on 2011-2026 Ford Mustang and F-150 5.0L and 5.2L Voodoo engines (Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 3, and Gen 4). It comes with a 1-year warranty.
