Description

The Yakima FrontLoader is a versatile and aerodynamic rooftop bike mount that allows for complete bike transport without the need to remove the front wheel. This design protects your bike's frame, making it suitable for carbon fiber frames and custom paint jobs, as it makes zero contact with the frame itself. The mount accommodates disc brakes, thru axles, and full suspension bikes, holding the bike upright for easy securing. It is compatible with 20” to 27.5” wheels with tire widths up to 3”, and 29” wheels with tire widths up to 2.7”, and can hold bike wheelbases up to 48”. For heavier bikes, it supports up to 40 lbs with a minimum crossbar spread of 18”, or up to 30 lbs with a minimum spread of 16”. Please note that SKS Locks are sold separately. Installation requires no tools and takes approximately 10 minutes.
