Formline Turbo Manifold

The Full-Race Formline® Cast Stainless Exhaust Manifolds are engineered as a robust upgrade to replace the failure-prone OEM cast iron manifolds found on the Gen 2 (2017-2020) Ford F-150 and Raptor, as well as the 2018-2021 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator equipped with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. Developed after extensive engineering and iteration, these manifolds address the common issues of OEM manifold warping and cracking. Constructed from 347 stainless steel, a material known for its superior resistance to high temperatures and corrosive environments, the Formline® manifolds offer enhanced durability compared to standard 304 stainless steel and significantly outperform cast iron, which can fail at lower temperatures. The design focuses on optimizing exhaust flow. Unlike the restrictive OEM log manifold with its small, slot-shaped passage and abrupt 90° step to the turbocharger inlet, the Formline® manifolds feature individual runners that taper to a minimum diameter of 30mm each. The outlet port is enlarged to 41mm, matching the OEM Gen2 turbocharger's turbine inlet, which increases the outlet area by 41% and reduces exhaust back pressure, leading to improved turbocharger efficiency and potentially more power. Installation is a 100% bolt-on process, directly replacing the stock manifolds. The kit includes two Formline® Exhaust Manifolds and a hardware kit featuring Full-Race Inconel exhaust manifold studs, nuts, and gaskets. Full-Race also backs this product with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, promising replacement if the manifolds warp or fail for the life of the original purchaser.
