Formline Turbo Manifold

The Full-Race Formline turbo manifolds are engineered as a direct, 100% bolt-on replacement for the OEM cast iron exhaust manifolds found on 2017-2020 Ford F-150 and Raptor models equipped with the 3.5L EcoBoost Gen 2 engine. These performance manifolds are cast from high-grade 347 stainless steel, a material known for its exceptional resistance to warping and cracking under extreme temperatures, capable of handling up to 1740°F. This robust construction directly addresses the common failure points of the stock manifolds, which are prone to warping and cracking due to the high exhaust gas temperatures generated by these engines. The stock manifolds feature a small, slot-shaped exhaust chamber and a mismatched outlet diameter that forces exhaust gases into a sharp 90° step before entering the turbocharger, hindering efficiency. Full-Race has re-engineered this system with larger diameter runners and an increased manifold outlet diameter, precisely matching the turbine inlet size of the turbochargers. This optimization results in a 47.1% increase in outlet area and reduced backpressure, leading to increased turbocharger efficiency and ultimately, more power. The Formline manifolds feature a thicker 1/2" flange compared to the OEM's 3/8" thickness, providing a more secure and stable mounting surface to the cylinder head. The design ensures each cylinder has increased breathing room with runners that taper to a minimum diameter of 32.4mm, outperforming the restrictive OEM passages. The product includes new OEM gaskets, studs, and nuts for a complete installation.
