The Fortress FX-23 anchor weighs only half as much as traditional steel anchors but is designed to outperform them. It features an award-winning design with adjustable fluke angles, from a normal 32° to 45°, for increased holding power in soft mud bottoms. These anchors are constructed from hardened high-tech aluminum-magnesium alloy, making them easier to handle, faster to set, and providing deeper penetration in common sea bottoms compared to heavier steel anchors.
