MIA's Description

The Fox 985-02-006 is a 2.0 Performance Series Coil-Over IFP Shock for the front of 2009-2013 Ford F-150 4WD trucks, offering 0-2 inches of lift. It features a precision metal impact-extruded aluminum body for enhanced cooling and rust resistance. The vehicle-specific upper mount has a composite bushing to isolate noise and vibration. Locking, spring preload rings allow for easy ride height and preload adjustment. This coilover shock has an internal floating piston (IFP) mono-tube design that separates shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, eliminating oil aeration and maximizing performance from the factory-tuned valving. The shock has an extended length of 23.025 inches, a compressed length of 17.6 inches, and a travel of 5.425 inches. It utilizes an OEM top mount and an eyelet bottom mount. The shock body is aluminum and designed for bolt-on installation with no modifications.
