FOX 2.0 Coil-Over IFP Shock

The BDS Suspension FOX 2.0 Coil-Over IFP Shock is engineered to enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability for select Dodge and Ram 1500 models. Its internal floating piston (IFP) mono-tube design ensures optimal performance by separating shock oil from the nitrogen-charged gas chamber, preventing aeration and maximizing the effectiveness of the application-specific valving. Constructed with a 2-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 clear anodized aluminum body, this shock is built for durability and resistance to rust. The 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft, coupled with a race-developed high-flow piston, contributes to its robust performance. The vehicle-specific upper mount incorporates a composite bushing to effectively isolate noise and vibration. The shock is adjustable and gas-charged, featuring an internal IFP mono-tube reservoir design. Important fitment notes include that this shock does NOT work for models with factory rear airbag suspension and will not fit MegaCab models. It is sold individually, so a quantity of two is required for a pair. Compatible vehicles include 2006-2010 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD (Diesel/Gas), 2011-2018 Ram 1500 4WD (Diesel/Gas), 2015-2018 Ram 1500 Rebel 4WD (Diesel/Gas), and 2019-2023 Ram 1500 Classic 4WD (Diesel/Gas).
