FOX 2.0 IFP Front Shock

The BDS Suspension FOX 2.0 IFP Front Shock (FOX98024644) is engineered to enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability for lifted Jeep Wrangler TJs and Cherokee XJs. Designed specifically for 6.5 to 8-inch suspension lift kits, this front shock absorber utilizes a FOX Performance Series 2.0 IFP (Internal Floating Piston) monotube design. This advanced construction separates the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber, which eliminates oil aeration and ensures consistent damping performance even under demanding conditions. The shock body is precision-crafted from 2-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 clear anodized aluminum, offering superior cooling capacity and long-term rust resistance. It features a race-developed high-flow piston and application-specific valving, tuned to deliver a predictable and controlled ride across varied terrains. The shaft is a durable 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel. Note that mounting hardware is not included with this shock absorber.
