FOX 2.0 IFP Rear Shock

The FOX 2.0 IFP Rear Shock by BDS Suspension is engineered to enhance both on-road comfort and off-road control for lifted Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. Specifically designed to integrate with BDS 3 to 6-inch lift kits, this rear shock offers a significant upgrade from stock components. Constructed with a 2-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 clear anodized aluminum body, this shock is built for durability and resistance to rust. It features a 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft for robust performance. The internal floating piston (IFP) mono-tube design isolates the shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen-charged gas chamber. This separation prevents oil aeration, allowing the factory-tuned, precision valving to deliver maximum performance and a predictable ride, even under demanding conditions. FOX and BDS collaborated to custom-valve each application, ensuring optimal performance tailored to BDS Suspension systems. This partnership transforms BDS-equipped trucks into capable off-road machines with fade-free performance. The shock's race-developed, high-flow piston design contributes to its overall effectiveness. Key specifications include an eyelet lower mount, an EB1 upper mount, and a gas-charged, non-adjustable design with no adjustable dampening. The compressed length is 21.85 inches, with a travel length of 14.10 inches and a 5/8-inch shaft diameter.
