FOX 2.0 IFP Rear Shock

The BDS Suspension FOX 2.0 IFP Rear Shock is engineered to enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability for your vehicle. This rear shock absorber utilizes a Performance Series 2.0 IFP (internal floating piston) design, which incorporates a mono-tube construction with an internal reservoir. This reservoir effectively separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, preventing oil aeration and ensuring consistent, fade-free performance even under demanding conditions. FOX and BDS collaborated to custom-valve this shock for optimal performance with BDS Suspension systems. It features a race-developed, high-flow piston and application-specific valving to maximize handling and control. The shock body is constructed from 2-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 clear anodized aluminum, offering excellent resistance to rust. The 5/8-inch shaft is made from hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel for durability. This shock is designed to provide a 4.5-inch lift. This specific shock absorber is designed to fit the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models when used in conjunction with a BDS 4.5-inch lift suspension kit. It has a collapsed length of 16.55 inches and a travel length of 11.45 inches. The shock is not adjustable and comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
