The BDS Suspension 794FPE is a FOX 2.5 Coil-Over Conversion Upgrade kit designed for 6.5-inch lifts. It includes heavy-duty brackets and FOX 2.5 Coilovers to enhance vehicle performance for rugged use. This kit is compatible with existing BDS 6-inch lift kits, offering a seamless integration.

The kit features a bolt-on bracket for mounting the coilovers and a weld-in support gusset for the upper mount. It replaces the factory torsion bars and upgrades the upper and lower control arms. The tubular performance upper control arms are designed by BDS for this system, while the lower control arms are constructed from high-strength steel, fully boxed, and internally gusseted.

The BDS Suspension 794FPE is a FOX 2.5 Coil-Over Conversion Upgrade kit engineered to transform your standard lifted suspension into a high-performance coilover system, achieving a 6.5-inch lift. This conversion kit includes heavy-duty mounting brackets and premium FOX 2.5 Coilovers with Remote DSC Adjustment, built to withstand rigorous use. It integrates seamlessly with existing BDS 6-inch lift kits. Installation involves a bolt-on bracket for the frame-side shock mount and a weld-in support gusset to reinforce the upper mount, ensuring a robust connection. The system also replaces the factory torsion bars and features upgraded upper and lower control arms for increased strength and travel accommodation. The kit's tubular performance upper control arms are specifically engineered by BDS to work harmoniously with the 2.5 coilovers. Complementing these, the new lower control arms are constructed from high-strength steel, featuring a fully boxed and internally gusseted design for maximum durability. The coilovers themselves come pre-tuned and fully assembled, ready for installation, offering next-level performance on and off-road. This BDS Suspension coilover conversion upgrade kit is compatible with 2020-2025 Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD models equipped with Diesel engines. It also fits 2024-2025 models with Gas engines. The system supports both 2WD and 4WD drivetrains.
