Overview

The BDS Suspension FOX 2.5 Coilover Conversion Upgrade is a kit designed to convert your existing lifted suspension into coilovers. It features heavy-duty brackets and FOX 2.5 Factory Series coilovers with remote reservoirs and DSC adjustment for enhanced on-road and off-road performance. This kit is compatible with BDS 6.5-inch lift kits.

The upgrade replaces the factory torsion bars and includes upgraded upper and lower control arms. The upper control arms are constructed from 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular steel with an indexed ball joint cup for optimal positioning and increased down travel. The lower control arms are built from high-strength steel, fully boxed, and internally gusseted.

The BDS Suspension FOX 2.5 Coilover Conversion Upgrade kit transforms your Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD's suspension into a high-performance coilover system. Designed for seamless integration with existing BDS 6.5-inch lift kits, this upgrade elevates your vehicle's capability for both rugged off-road use and improved on-road comfort. The kit features FOX 2.5 Factory DSC coilovers, which offer advanced tuning with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression adjustments. These coilovers include remote reservoirs to manage heat during demanding use, ensuring consistent performance. Complementing the coilovers are BDS's performance upper control arms, constructed from durable 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular steel with corrected ball joint positioning for increased down travel and camber adjustment. The heavy-duty, fully boxed, and internally gusseted lower control arms provide superior strength and durability. Installation requires a torsion bar tool to unload the factory torsion bars and involves frame bracket modification. The coilovers are preset for diesel models; gas models will require preload adjustment using a specific spanner wrench and may need exhaust modification.
