FOX 2.5 Coilover Conversion Upgrade Kit

The BDS Suspension FOX 2.5 Coilover Conversion Upgrade transforms your Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD's lifted suspension into a high-performance coilover system. Designed to integrate seamlessly with existing BDS 6-inch lift kits, this upgrade enhances both on-road comfort and off-road capability. The kit utilizes robust, bolt-on brackets for mounting the FOX 2.5 Coilovers to the frame, reinforced by a weld-in support gusset for the upper mount. It replaces the factory torsion bars and includes upgraded control arms. The heavy-duty tubular upper control arms are engineered by BDS to maximize travel and work in conjunction with the 2.5 coilovers, while the fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms are constructed from high-strength steel to complement the uppers. The included FOX 2.5 Factory DSC shocks offer advanced performance with remote reservoirs for increased fluid capacity and cooling, crucial for demanding off-road conditions. The DSC adjuster provides precise tuning with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. The heavy-duty tubular upper control arms feature an indexed ball joint cup for corrected positioning and increased down travel, along with maintenance-free rubber bushings and greaseable ball joints for durability. These arms are finished in a black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap. This coilover conversion upgrade kit is specifically designed for 2020-2026 model year Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD diesel trucks. It is compatible with existing 4.5-inch and 6.5-inch BDS lift systems.
