FOX 2.5 Factory Series Coilover Conversion Kit

The BDS Suspension FOX 2.5 Coilover Conversion Upgrade kit is engineered to transform the suspension of 2001-2010 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 4WD Diesel trucks. This comprehensive system integrates FOX 2.5 Factory Series coilovers with remote DSC reservoirs, providing a 4.5-inch lift. Featuring FOX 2.5 Factory DSC shocks, this kit offers enhanced on-road comfort and off-road capability. The coilovers are pre-tuned for installation and include remote reservoirs for increased fluid capacity and cooling. The DSC adjuster allows for precise tuning with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression adjustment levels, allowing drivers to dial in their suspension for various terrains without tools. The UCAs are constructed from 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing with Moog ball joints and factory-style rubber bushings for smooth, quiet operation and durability. The LCAs are built from high-strength steel and are fully boxed and internally gusseted. Installation involves a bolt-on bracket for frame mounting, with a weld-in support gusset to reinforce the upper mount, maintaining reversibility. The kit is compatible with existing BDS 4.5-inch lift kits. The system also includes high-clearance crossmembers, CNC machined steering knuckles, front and differential skid plates, differential relocation brackets, CV spacers, and longer sway bar links. The rear of the vehicle can be leveled with a supplied 3-inch rear block kit, and the system is designed for fitment of up to 35-inch tires.
