FOX 2.5 Factory Series Reservoir Front Shock

The BDS Suspension FOX98224922 is a front shock engineered to enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability. This Performance Series 2.0 IFP (Internal Floating Piston) shock utilizes a mono-tube design, which separates the shock oil from its high-pressure nitrogen-charged gas chamber. This internal separation prevents oil aeration, ensuring consistent performance and fade-free operation even under demanding conditions. FOX and BDS collaborated to custom-tune the valving of this shock, specifically optimizing it to work seamlessly with BDS Suspension lift kits. This ensures a predictable ride that can handle rough terrain. The shock features a clear anodized finish, a smooth body type, and is gas-charged for optimal damping. Key specifications include a compressed length of 16.65 inches and an extended length of 27.25 inches, providing a travel length of 10.60 inches. It features an eyelet lower mount (EB1) and a stem upper mount (S50) with a 5/8 inch shaft diameter. Mounting hardware is not included with this shock.
