FOX 2.5 Performance Coil-Over Suspension Kit

The BDS Suspension 6-inch lift kit, specifically the BDS1580FPE model, is engineered to significantly enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2017-2019 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks. This comprehensive system allows for the fitment of up to 38-inch tires, opening up new possibilities for off-road adventures. Up front, the kit integrates FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks with mounting brackets, a BDS 4-Link control arm conversion to optimize suspension geometry and provide strength, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket for precise steering correction. Sway bar relocation components and brake line brackets are also included for a complete front-end upgrade. To accommodate the lift height and maintain proper drivetrain function, this kit requires transfer case indexing via a supplied indexing ring and a new transmission crossmember, enabling the use of the factory front driveshaft. The rear of the vehicle is lifted using a high-strength fabricated block and longer u-bolts, complemented by additional brake line brackets and a set of FOX Performance shocks. The 4-Link conversion replaces the factory radius arms with robust, high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets and HD upper and lower control arms. This design ensures optimal axle positioning and limits caster change throughout the suspension's travel range, contributing to improved handling and stability. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks are designed for both on-road comfort and off-road capability, featuring a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity and cooling. They also include DSC adjusters for precise tuning of low-speed and high-speed compression levels.
