Description

The BDS Suspension FOX88306178 suspension kit features FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series coil-over shocks designed to improve the stock Tacoma platform by eliminating forward rake and increasing suspension articulation. Constructed from impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 hard-anodized aluminum bodies, these shocks are built for durability and corrosion resistance. The 7/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel shafts and PTFE-lined spherical bearings ensure smooth operation. External reservoirs with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters are strategically mounted to dissipate heat effectively and prevent interference with aggressive tires. The DSC adjusters allow for quick adaptation to different loads, environments, and driving styles. This kit is specifically designed to fit 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma 4WD models equipped with Upper Control Arms (UCA). It fits various sub-models including Pre Runner, X-Runner, TRD Pro, Limited, SR, SR5, TRD Off-Road, TRD Sport, Trail, and Trail Special Edition.
