FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO Rear Coilover Kit

The BDS Suspension FOX98762001 is a rear coilover suspension shock absorber kit engineered for the 2021 and newer Ford Bronco. This kit incorporates FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO (Hydraulic Top Out) shocks, designed as a bolt-on upgrade to significantly improve on- and off-road performance. The shocks feature position-sensitive technology and vehicle-specific valving, paired with larger pistons for enhanced damping capabilities. Constructed with a 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body, these shocks are Type II clear-anodized to effectively dissipate heat and resist corrosion. The internal design includes an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, ensuring consistent and optimized damping. The 2.5-inch HTO shocks are designed to reuse the vehicle's existing OE spring. Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology provides position-sensitive rebound damping control, reducing harsh top-outs and increasing comfort. This is achieved by forcing shock oil through a secondary shim stack to slow the shock shaft speed, which is particularly beneficial when installing heavier tires or when the vehicle is lifted beyond OEM specifications. The BDS Suspension FOX98762001 features a high-flow, velocity-sensitive damping system, a 5/8-inch hard chrome shaft, and the aforementioned IFP and HTO piston technologies. This kit aims to increase damping capacity and provide a more comfortable ride with precise rebound control.
