FOX 2.5 Performance Series IFP Front Shock Absorber

The BDS Suspension FOX98724024 is a front shock absorber engineered for 2020-on GM 2500 and 3500 4WD trucks, specifically designed to complement a 6.5-inch lift kit. This shock features a 2.5-inch Performance Series IFP (Internal Floating Piston) body constructed from a type II anodized aluminum that efficiently dissipates heat and resists corrosion. The HTO (Hydraulic Top Out) technology provides position-sensitive rebound damping control, which helps reduce harsh top-outs and increases comfort, particularly beneficial after installing larger tires or when the vehicle is lifted significantly. Vehicle-specific valving and larger pistons are incorporated to optimize both on-road handling and off-road capability. It is part of a comprehensive lift system that includes high-clearance crossmembers, heavy-duty steering knuckles, differential relocation brackets, and skid plates for improved ground clearance and protection. The kit also includes stainless steel brake lines and relocation brackets for ABS lines. This shock absorber is specifically designed for the 2020-2026 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD 4WD models. It will NOT work with AT4X or ZR2 models.
