This premium aftermarket shock is specifically designed for 2017-2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks equipped with a 6-8 inch lift kit. It aims to maximize performance and comfort in lifted applications. A key feature is FOX’s innovative Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology, which provides position-sensitive rebound damping, effectively slowing the shock shaft speed to reduce harsh top-outs and ensure a smoother ride. The shock features a durable 2.5-inch diameter body constructed from impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum, capable of handling demanding off-road conditions. It incorporates a robust 5/8” hard chrome shaft for durability and smooth operation. The larger 2.5-inch diameter body increases oil capacity, enhancing heat management and improving damping capabilities crucial for off-road performance. The high-flow velocity-sensitive damping system automatically adjusts to changing road conditions, delivering a balanced and comfortable ride. The shock is fully rebuildable and re-tunable, allowing for customized performance and long-term maintenance.
