The position-sensitive external bypass design allows precise tuning of the shock in specific travel sectors using adjusters. Blue adjusters control upward compression, while red adjusters control downward rebound. FOX offers custom bypass tube layouts to maximize suspension performance while accommodating vehicle space restrictions. Standard off-the-shelf bypass shocks are available in right or left configurations. Quick Adjusting Bypass (QAB) technology is an optional upgrade, allowing manual, tool-free adjustment of bypass tubes with definitive clicks at every quarter revolution, and an O-ring seal to protect against moisture and contaminants.
