FOX 3.0 Internal Bypass Reservoir Rear Shocks

The FOX 3.0 Internal Bypass Reservoir Rear Shocks are engineered by BDS Suspension to deliver race-dominating, extreme-duty performance for your Toyota Tacoma. Designed for bolt-on installation on models equipped with 0-1" lift kits, these rear shocks feature remote reservoirs with finned bodies to effectively dissipate heat and maintain optimal fluid temperatures. The advanced position-sensitive internal bypass technology provides a plush and predictable ride during normal off-road conditions, while intelligently increasing damping force to prevent harsh bottom-outs or top-outs. Constructed with durable 3.0" impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 hard-anodized aluminum bodies, these shocks offer excellent corrosion resistance and reduced weight compared to steel alternatives. The massive 7/8" diameter hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel shock shaft is built to withstand significant impacts without bending or damage. For precise tuning, Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters allow for tool-free adjustment of both high and low-speed compression, enabling you to dial in the performance to your specific driving style and vehicle setup. Key specifications include adjustable damping, gas charging for consistent performance, and a travel length of 9.97 inches. The shocks utilize eyelet lower mounts and stem upper mounts. Installation is estimated at 1 hour with a moderately easy difficulty level. It is important to note that these shocks will not fit models with a leaf spring rear end.
