This shock utilizes Fox's proven damping technology to enhance ride quality and provide predictable handling. It features a large 5/8 inch alloy steel shock shaft that is hard chrome plated and heat-treated for durability and to protect seals. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design separates shock oil from nitrogen gas, preventing aeration and ensuring consistent performance from the factory-tuned valving.
