The BDS Suspension FOX98224962 is a front shock designed to upgrade the on-road comfort and off-road control of your vehicle. It is part of the FOX Performance Series 2.0 IFP line, featuring a mono-tube design with an internal floating piston. This design separates the shock oil from a high-pressure nitrogen-charged gas chamber, preventing oil aeration and ensuring maximum performance through factory-tuned precision valving. Engineered through a collaboration between FOX and BDS, each application is custom-valved to work seamlessly with BDS Suspension systems. They provide a predictable ride and are built to handle the roughest conditions with fade-free performance. Key specifications include a clear anodized finish, a 5/8-inch shaft diameter, and a travel length of 12.25 inches. The shock has a compressed length of 17.57 inches and an extended length of 29.82 inches. It is gas-charged and features bar pin lower mounts and stem upper mounts. Notably, mounting hardware is not included, and the damping is not adjustable.
