FOX Performance Elite 2.0 Front Coilover

The BDS Suspension FOX98502155 is a Performance Series 2.0 Coilover IFP shock engineered to enhance both on-road comfort and off-road capability for the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma. This coilover features a sophisticated mono-tube design with an internal floating piston (IFP) and a dedicated reservoir. This configuration effectively separates the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, which prevents oil aeration. This design allows for maximum performance from the factory-tuned, precision valving, ensuring a smooth and controlled ride. For adjustability and performance tuning, the coilover is equipped with locking spring preload rings. These rings allow for straightforward adjustment of the ride height and preload. Constructed for durability and performance, the shock body is 2-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a clear anodized finish that resists rust. The shaft is made of 5/8-inch hard chrome-plated, heat-treated alloy steel, and the piston design is race-developed for high-flow characteristics. Additionally, the vehicle-specific upper mount incorporates a composite bushing to effectively isolate noise and vibration, further contributing to a refined driving experience.
