Overview

The Turbosmart FPR1200 is a motorsport-proven fuel pressure regulator designed to support fuel systems up to 1200HP. It features stainless steel internals, a MILSPEC diaphragm, and offers industry-leading 1:1 fuel ratio control.

This regulator includes two -6AN inlet ports, one -6AN return port, and a 1/8" NPT gauge port. It provides a base pressure adjustment range of 30-90 PSI and is suitable for all fuel types, including E85.

The Turbosmart FPR1200 Fuel Pressure Regulator is a motorsport-proven component engineered to manage fuel systems capable of supporting up to 1200 horsepower. Its robust construction features a stainless steel valve and seat, paired with a MILSPEC diaphragm, ensuring reliability under demanding conditions. Designed for precision, the FPR1200 offers industry-leading 1:1 fuel ratio control, maintaining consistent fuel delivery relative to manifold pressure without load losses. It allows for a base pressure adjustment ranging from 30 to 90 PSI, accommodating a wide variety of engine tuning needs. The regulator is built to handle all fuel types, including aggressive E85 blends. Connectivity is facilitated through three -6AN ports, with two designated for inlet and one for the return line. Additionally, a 1/8" NPT port is included for gauge installation, allowing for real-time monitoring of fuel pressure. The FPR1200 operates effectively within a temperature range of -35ºC to +200ºC, and its design ensures consistent regulation regardless of fuel inlet orientation. This unit is manufactured, assembled, and validated in-house at Turbosmart HQ.
