The FPS1100 system offers a flow capability of up to approximately 1,100 liters per hour, depending on operating conditions. It features electronic flow control via the BPC100.

The Injector Dynamics FPS1100 represents a novel approach to fueling high-horsepower racing engines, capable of supporting over 2000 hp on ethanol at pressures up to 150 psi, all from a single pump. This system integrates the TI Automotive E5LM fuel pump with the BPC100 microprocessor-based pump controller. The BPC100 actively monitors pump speed and adjusts power delivery to maintain a consistent target flow rate, independent of fluctuating battery voltage or fuel pressure. Unlike conventional fuel pumps where flow diminishes significantly under demanding conditions like high boost or low voltage, the FPS1100 maintains its rated flow. For instance, it can deliver 1,100 l/h even with only 8 volts at the fuel rail and significant boost pressure, far exceeding the performance of traditional pumps that might deliver less than half their advertised flow under similar stress. Standard functions include adjustable flow rate control via an onboard potentiometer, MAP sensor input, and real-time PWM input. The system also offers advanced troubleshooting with error code reporting via an onboard LED array and CAN bus transmission. CAN communication provides real-time data on system voltage, current draw, flow rate, operating temperature, MAP voltage, and PWM duty cycle.
