Overview

Demco EZ Latch Trailer Couplers feature an industry-first self-latching and locking mechanism designed to simplify and enhance towing safety. Unlike traditional couplers, the EZ Latch automatically secures onto a hitch ball upon lowering, eliminating the need for manual latching and preventing accidental disengagement. These couplers meet and exceed all SAE J684 safety requirements. The system is described as maintenance-free, requiring no grease or adjustments. Demco EZ Latch couplers are available in various styles, including channel mount, tube mount, flat mount, and A-frame configurations, with weight ratings ranging from 7,000 lbs to 21,000 lbs G.V.W.R. for 2" and 2 5/16" ball couplers, and up to 25,000 lbs G.V.W.R. for pintle ring channel mount kits. The composite handle comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
