The Competition Engineering C1455 Frame Kit features 4-link frame rails with a specially engineered profile to clear suspension and axle components, accommodating low ride height and wide tires. Constructed from rugged 2x3 steel, these frame rails are designed for strength without unnecessary weight. The kit includes a 2x3 crossmember, a diagonal link made from 3/4" O.D. DOM steel with 1/2" spherical rod ends for easy adjustment, and a 1-1/8" O.D. mandrel formed round tube driveshaft loop to contain the driveshaft during U-joint failure. A tubular shock crossmember provides high strength and light weight, and the upper and lower shock mounts offer 6 inches of ride height adjustment. The kit is adaptable to virtually any chassis design with its 3.5" drop center and 60" width, making it suitable for custom builds and race car applications.
