The Classic Performance Products (CPP) 6372LBCSK is a DIY-friendly frame shortening kit specifically engineered for 1963-1972 Chevrolet and GMC C10 1/2 Ton trucks. The kit provides a straightforward template for precise frame drilling and cutting. It also includes strong, laser-cut C-channels to securely reattach the shortened frame sections. While the kit comes with hardware for bolting the frame together, welding is recommended for ensuring long-term structural integrity. Additionally, the included template offers guidance for modifying the rear of the frame to correctly accommodate a short bed bumper. CPP’s 1963-72 C10 Long Bed Shortening Kit contains all the necessary components for the conversion, including left and right steel templates, left and right C-channels, and all required hardware.
