The Fraser Engines MOP0057R2 is a remanufactured OEM Mopar 5.7L HEMI V8 crate engine, featuring direct-fit compatibility for various Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep models from 2013-2023. This naturally aspirated engine is meticulously rebuilt with new or remanufactured internal components, including all new main and rod bearings, pistons, piston rings, lifters, pushrods, timing components, and oil pump. The process includes boring and honing cylinders to OEM clearances, decking cylinder heads and block for straightness, and grinding and polishing the crankshaft. This engine is 100% spin tested to ensure proper compression, oil pressure, flow, and torque. It also features Variable Camshaft Phaser (VVT) and Active Fuel Management (MDS) solenoid testing where applicable. Enhancements like PTFE seals, FKM valve stem seals, hypereutectic pistons with PTFE coating, and Multi-Layered Steel (MLS) gaskets are used to improve durability, reduce oil consumption, and handle higher cylinder pressures. All new rod and head bolts are utilized to prevent fatigue and ensure long engine life. The Mopar 5.7L HEMI engine is known for its power, generating up to 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque, and includes Fuel Saver Technology for optimizing fuel efficiency.
