The Dometic FreshJet 5 Series is a 15,000 BTU low-profile rooftop air conditioner with R32 refrigerant. It is designed as a direct replacement for the Penguin II and features a built-in hard start, quieter performance, and a reinforced steel base. It is suitable for both non-ducted and ducted applications, requiring an air distribution box or return air grille and control kit respectively, sold separately. This model offers powerful cooling in a compact footprint and is ideal for new RV builds, universal replacements, and upgrades.
