The SEALED POWER 8KL2399NF 30 is a Hypereutectic Piston, Flat Top, with 2-Valve Reliefs, and a .030 Overbore. It is part of the Speed-Pro® high-performance line. This piston features an ideal pin/pin bore for reduced scuffing and quieter operation, along with improved piston-to-bore clearance for enhanced horsepower and efficiency. It also incorporates Thermal Arching Compensation™ (TAC) ring groove technology to reduce oil consumption and DUROSHIELD® skirt coating for scuff resistance. The pistons are precisely manufactured with CNC-machined domes/skirts and micro-finished ring grooves, and are weight-matched within 2 grams and sized within .0005" per set. A matched pin is included. It is designed for Chevrolet 350-series small block V8 engines (e.g., 1969-1994 Chevrolet/GMC 5.7L/350 V8 engines) with a 0.030-inch oversize bore.
