The Yellow Speed Racing Front 6 Piston Ultra Big Brake Kit is designed for road and track use, offering optimum braking performance. This kit upgrades your factory brake system to prevent brake fade during extreme conditions and provides faster brake response. It is a direct bolt-on modification requiring common hand tools for installation.

It directly addresses the limitations of factory brake systems, which can succumb to fade under the extreme temperatures generated by motorsports like circuit racing, drifting, time attack, and rally racing. By upgrading to this big brake kit, drivers benefit from improved stopping power, reduced unsprung weight, extended service intervals, and simplified maintenance. This kit features forged billet aluminum split design calipers with an anti-rust coating and vented aluminum pistons for superior heat transfer resistance. The two-piece rotors are available in drilled, slotted, or drilled & slotted configurations, paired with lightweight aluminum center bells. CNC machined steel caliper mounting brackets ensure a direct bolt-on installation, and all necessary hardware and an owner's manual are provided. Compatibility is specific to the 2011-2019 Ford Explorer (U502) with a 5x114.3 lug pattern. Crucially, this kit **does not fit Explorer Sport models**. Various rotor sizes (330mm x 28mm, 330mm x 32mm, 345mm x 32mm, 356mm x 32mm, 365mm x 32mm) and caliper models (YSCPF6b, YSCPF6c, YSCPF6e) are available, allowing for customization to your specific needs and wheel setup. It is recommended to use Motul 5.1 or RBF600 brake fluid. As these kits are made to order, please allow 15-25 business days for manufacturing and shipping.
