It serves as a direct replacement for worn control arms, wishbones, suspension links, and track rods, ensuring your suspension system functions as intended. This part is specifically identified as a factory control arm pair for the front and rear lower outer sections. This control arm is compatible with a range of Porsche models. It fits '04-'05 GT3 Street models for both front and rear lower outer positions, as well as '99-'11 996/997 models for front and rear lower outer applications. Additionally, it is suitable for '12-'19 991 models, though it does not fit the 991 GT3 or GT4 variants. It's important to note specific fitment nuances. For 997 models with Litronic headlights, a specific bracket (1-LTBRKT) is required for front installation, and a different part (2180028) is needed for rear installation. Similarly, 991 models with PASM will require either 1-LTBRKT or 2180028 for front fitment. For 981 models equipped with Litronic headlights or PASM, specific bracket requirements apply for both front and rear installations. When installing on 991 models, it is crucial to remember that this part does not fit the GT3 or GT4 versions.
